This award will be given to the customer(s) that has demonstrated great support to its customers and employees throughout the COVID-19 crisis.

The award will recognise how organisations have transitioned to new working environments but has continued to drive employee and customer engagement, maintain operational efficiency and compliance throughout the year.

Awards will be given to individuals and teams who have shown how the utilisation of Verint technology and engaged employees has delivered measurable and positive contributions

Customer Engagement Award

This award will go to the organisation that has transformed its customer engagement programme. The organisation will need to demonstrate how they are delivering a consistent customer journey, with personalized service, self-service options and easy ways to provide feedback. The results must be measurable and have made a positive contribution to the overall customer experience.

Employee Engagement Award

This award will go to the organisation that has transformed its employee engagement programme by offering flexibility, transparency, mobility and empowerment. The organisation must show, with strong KPIs/ROI, how understanding employee behaviour and needs has made a positive contribution to employee engagement.

Citizen Engagement Award

This award will go to the organisation that has transformed its citizen engagement programme. The organisation will need to demonstrate how they are delivering a consistent citizen journey, with personalized service, self-service options and easy ways to provide feedback. The results must be measurable and have made a positive contribution to the overall citizen experience.

Innovation Award

This award will go to the organisation that has demonstrated how they have used technology combined with people to create innovative way of working within their business.

The organisation will have implemented new and innovative ways of working in the past year that have shown significant and measurable changes in customer/employee engagement, operational efficiency and productivity.

This may be in the innovative use of employee automation technologies such as AI and Robotic Process Automation or the automation of regulatory requirements to reduce risk and ensure compliance across the organisation.

They need to demonstrate how this has enabled the delivery of fast, effective, and consistent high-quality customer experiences across all channels and driven business and automation success across the business.
