David Hudson

David Hudson is the Regional Director of Verint’s Experience Management Solutions business . David has overall responsibility for Verint’s Experience Management sales, delivery, support and consulting activities, including the full Experience Cloud portfolio of solutions.

Working with customers during their initial evaluation of Verint Experience Cloud, as well as with existing customers looking to both elevate Customer Satisfaction and improve operational efficiency, the Experience Management Group provides thought leadership, best practice advice, training and support  in Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee measurement and analysis.
