Martin Melis

As Manager Solutions Consultant Benelux, Martin Melis and his team are responsible for the positioning of the Workforce Engagement, Experience Management and Engagement Management solutions from Verint in Belgium and the Netherlands. In his role, Martin is involved in issues of improving the customer experience, quality management, self-service and efficiency within and around customer contact processes for front and back office departments. Martin is working at Verint for over 7 years and previously worked as a Quality Management & Analytics consultant and Project Manager at Tele’Train for many years.
